Abstract

Authors experienced the following results in this case;
1. This is a 40 year old male patient who suffered from. diabetes mellitus in active stage and bone destruction of root apical one-third and 3-degree teeth mobility on lower anterior teeth.
2. Pin-retained restodent for splinting lower anterior teeth was performed.
3. The postoperative evaluation was done and its result showed functionally, esthetically successful.
